The AMD Radeon PRO W6400 GPU has two successors: the W6800 and W6600 GPU. It supports 16 MB of AMD Infinity Cache, DirectX 12 Ultimate, and features RDNA 2 architecture. Additionally, it has up to 4GB of dedicated GDDR6 memory and can power 2x UHD HDR 4K or 5K displays or a single 8K display for high-performance professional applications. Designed for office productivity, 3D designs, and image editing workloads, the Radeon PRO W6400 GPU is an affordable option for accelerated multitasking performance. It supports 768 stream processors, 12 ray accelerators, and 48 texture mapping units. It can reach 7.07 TFLOPS FP16 or 3.54 TFLOPS FP32, meaning it has a boost clock of up to 2039 MHz.
Outfitted with a 4GB of GDDR6 memory running at 2000MHz it has a 64-bit memory interface delivering a memory bandwidth speed of up to 128GB/s. As a half-height, single-slot card, the W6400 graphics card has a single fan for active cooling. With a peak power draw of only 50W, it can draw power using the recommended PCIe 4.0 x4 interface but is still backwards compatible with PCIe 3.0. AMD recommends a PSU minimum of 350W.
