AMD claims that the Radeon Pro WX 9100 will double the performance of its previous-gen W9100 while also incorporating even more functionality through its Vega architecture.
With 16GB of HBM2 memory, the WX 9100 GPU will power through any workload with ease. The card is built with a 2048-bit memory bus and up to 483.8GB/s of bandwidth.
This unit comes factory-configured 1200 MHz of clock speed. It can be boosted up to 1500 Mhz for improved performance. The card has a performance rating of 24.58 TFLOPS for the FP16 performance point. The FP32 performance point has a rating of 12.29 TFLOPS while the FP64 performance point is rated at a 468.0 GFLOPS.
Like the other products in its WX product family, AMD built the WX 9100 with a unique cooling architecture. With an active cooling system, the card is very effective at maintaining optimal temperatures for ideal performance.
As a new entry in AMD's product line, the AMD Radeon Pro WX 4100 is a workstation-level GPU for graphic design and video production professionals. The 4GB of GDDR5 memory and Polaris-chip architecture provide very solid performance for its value.
