With up to 8GB of GDDR6 memory, the card has a 128-bit memory interface running at 2000MHz or 16Gbps.
Part of the AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series family, the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT GPU delivers up to 11.1 billion transistors. This GPU can support up to 32 ray accelerators, 64 ROPs, 128 texture units, and 2048 stream processors. Peak half precision compute performance (21.59 TFLOPS) and peak single precision (FP32) compute performance (10.79 TFLOPS) are provided by the dual-slot card. The GPU operates at a frequency of 1968 MHz, which can be boosted up to 2589 MHz.
The single fan acts as an active cooling system when utilizing the card for gaming. DirectX 12 Ultimate ensures compatibility with hardware ray tracing, variable shading, and additional features. The power supply is a single 8-pin connector, and although the highest power draw is 160W, a minimum 500W power source for the host system is advised. The Radeon RX 6600 XT has 3x DisplayPort 1.4a and 1x HDMI 2.1 connection, and it is connected to the rest of the system by a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface.
