Using AMD RDNA 3 architectures and designed on a 5nm process with a Navi 31 graphics processor, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU supports 20 GB of GDDR6 memory. The memory has a 320-bit interface and effective memory bandwidth up to 2900 GB/s. Part of AMD’s Radeon RX 7000 series, it features up to 80MB of AMD’s Infinity Cache technology. Aside from DirectX 12 Ultimate, this card also supports AMD Noise Suppression, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, AMD Radeon Boost, and more.

Offering a maximum frequency boost of 2394MHz, the GPU normally functions at 1387 MHz. The dual slot card supports 4x display outputs on its side for up to 8K Ultra HD resolutions including 1x HDMI 2.1a, 2x DisplayPort 2.1, and 1x USB Type-C port. The 315W power draw is via 2x 8-pin power connectors. The minimum PSU recommendation for the host system is 750W. It is connected to the host via a PCIe 4.0 x16 interface and features an active 3-fan cooling solution.
