Dell EMC PowerEdge T560 Tower Server

The Dell EMC PowerEdge T560 tower server supports dual 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors in a 4.5U form factor. With up to 32 cores per CPU and optional Intel QuickAssist Technology, the system holds a maximum of up to 1TB memory. Each CPU supports 8x DDR5 memory module slots for 16x slots total operating at speeds of up to 4800MT/s. Several storage configurations are available on the front of the tower including, 12x 3.5-inch drives or 24x 2.5-inch drive bays. The bays allow for a mix of HDD, SAS4 SSD, and NVMe support. Under the hood, an optional internal Boot Optimized Storage Subsystem (BOSS-N1) device can provide 2x M.2 NVMe SSD drives in a redundant RAID.

Up to 6x full-height PCIe slots with Gen4 and Gen5 capabilities are available on the system board. A choice of either 2x 300W double-wide or 6x 75W single-wide GPUs can be installed. The system also supports additional slots such as 1x OCP 3.0 x8 card and 2x 1GbE LOM on Planar. Ideal for traditional corporate IT, database and analytics, virtualization and more, the PowerEdge T560 tower server supports a variety of power supplies, as shown below.
