The Dell PowerVault ME5 system is an easy way to protect data with replication and support for mirroring and thin-provisioned storage pools. Snapshots enable easy data recovery in the event of an unintentional deletion or modification, while virtual disk copy allows for a full replicated copy of source data. Management of the Dell PowerVault ME424 Expansion Enclosure is through the PowerVault Manager, which offers an easy to use and intuitive web-based graphical user interface to help quickly identify and resolve problems. A VMware plugin allows the system to work seamlessly with vCenter. CloudIQ Storage Analytics uses AI, telemetry, machine learning, and predictive analytics for a proactive assessment of the PowerVault ME5 health.
