Each server node has 2x E3.S Gen5 NVMe storage bays per node. 3x low-profile PCIe gen5 x16 slots provide options for NICs. Powering this system are 10x 3200W 80 Plus Titanium power supplies. To manage the system there are 2x Chassis Management Controller LAN ports. Multiple Gigabyte B684-A80 chassis can be connected in a ring topology with a network switch to significantly enhance cluster stability by automatically rerouting traffic if there is a failure. A star topology can be configured using the management LAN (MLAN) ports on the front of the system.
