Gigabyte B685-D80 Server

Featuring a 6U chassis with 10 independent server nodes, the Gigabyte B685-D80 High-Density Server supports high-performance computing, networking, and use as a hybrid/private cloud server. Each node has dual sockets for an AMD EPYC 9006 SP7 CPU with 96 to 256 physical cores and up to 512 virtual threads. With 16-channel memory architecture, each CPU supports 16x memory module slots for 32 active memory module slots with both processors installed.

Additional Information

The Gigabyte B685-D80-LS1 High-Density Server has an integrated-manifold, full-system, direct liquid cooling (DLC) solution. That means, not only do the CPUs have cold plates, but also the memory, storage and PCIe slots are also liquid cooled. 4x large fans at the back of the chassis also provide cooling by pulling heated air out of the chassis. Powering the system are 12x 3200W 80 PLUS Titanium power supply units offering 7 + 5 redundancy.
