Supporting NVIDIA HGX A100 with 4x SXM4 GPUs, the Gigabyte G262-IR0 server is powered by dual 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with up to 40 cores per socket. The NVIDIA NVLink board combines NVIDIA A100 Tensor core GPUs with high-speed interconnects boasting GPU to GPU communication speeds of up to 600GB/s offering superb performance. The 2U chassis features 4x 2.5” Gen4 NVMe U.2/ SATA hot-swappable HDD or SDD drive bays on the front panel, with 2x PCIe 4.0 slots below the storage bays and 4x low-profile PCIe Gen4 x16 slots in back.

Gigabyte G262-IR0 Server - System Overview

The 4-bay G262-IR0 server is suitable for AI, AI Training and Inference, high-performance computing applications, and more. It delivers up to 4TB of RAM when all 16x DDR4 DIMM slots are populated with 3DS RDIMM or 3DS LRDIMM memory modules. When standard RDIMMs or LRDIMMs are installed, it delivers up to 2TB of memory. In addition to the 6x low-profile PCIe Gen4 x16 slots, it also supports a single OCP 3.0 mezzanine card. The system is powered by dual redundant 80 PLUS Platinum 3000W PSUs.
