Gigabyte R183-S97 Server

At 1U, the Gigabyte R183-S97 Server supports dual 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, plus the Intel Xeon CPU Max Series. These CPUs support a TDP of up to 350W on an Intel C741 chipset. It is equipped with 6x 9.5mm E1.S NVMe and 8x 2.5" Gen5 NVMe/SATA/SAS4 drive bays on the front panel. The system is powered by 1+1 redundant 1600W 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies.

This system can accommodate 2x risers, each with 1x FHHL Gen5 x16, plus 2x OCP NIC 3.0 Gen5 x16 mezzanine card slots. Designed for networking and hybrid/private cloud server applications, the supported CPUs feature an 8-channel memory architecture for up to 32x DDR5 memory module slots divided between both sockets. Depending on the processor installed, memory speeds range from 4400 MT/s to 5600 MT/s.

The R183-S97 server can be monitored and managed using Gigabyte’s Management Console (GMC) or Gigabyte Server Management (GSM) software. These tools support both local and remote administration and feature an intuitive HTML5 interface accessible through any standard web browser. Users can track hardware inventory, monitor power usage, check drive status, and configure system alerts with ease.
