CPUs with a package power tracking (PPT) rating of up to 500W with dual processors installed are supported by the Gigabyte R185-D91 Server. Additionally, those with a PPT of up to 600W are also supported with an ambient room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. AMD’s EPYC 9006 series processors can provide up to 259 cores enabling more VMs and computational tasks to be completed simultaneously. Each of the two processors offer 16-channel memory architecture with 16x memory module slots each for 32x memory modules slots total. RDIMMs and Multiplexed Rank DIMM (MRDIMM) modules are supported with memory speeds of up to 8000MT/s and 12800MT/s, respectively. There are two chassis versions to choose from
