This platform is designed for use as a general networking server or for use as a hybrid or private cloud server. At 2U, the system has 4x full-height, half-length PCIe 2.5 x16 slots supported in 4x risers. There are also 2x OCP 3.0 compatible mezzanine card slots also with a PCIe5.0 x16 bandwidth that can be used for additional NICs or a storage controller.
