The 10-bay Gigabyte TO25-S11-AA01 Compute Node is designed for high-density computing environments serving as a 2OU immersion-ready ORv3 platform. This system features OCP (Open Compute Project) Open Rack Standard specifications with the 2OU form factor and is designed for a 21” OCP rack. It is powered by a single-socket architecture and has a 2TB of memory capacity when all 8x DDR5 DIMM slots are populated.

Ten 9.5mm E1.S NVMe hot-swap bays provide primary storage capacity together with 1x internal M.2 slot that supports 2242/2260/2280/22110 cards using SATA interface. Centered on a single 5th or 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processor or Intel Xeon CPU Max Series, the TO25-S11 Compute Node achieves strong performance with up to 64 cores and a TDP of up to 350W. Eight DDR5 RDIMM slots deliver up to 2TB of memory. 5th Gen Intel Xeon processors support up to 5600 MT/s, as opposed to 4800 MT/s for 4th Gen and Max series Intel Xeon processors.

Multiple PCIe Gen5 slots enhance GPU and I/O expansion including 2x FHHL x16 slots and 1x LP x8 slot. A single 1 Gb/s management LAN handles networking needs. Full optimization for single-phase immersion cooling environments ensures compatibility with the NVIDIA AI software stack. The immersion-ready node runs on a 48V DC bus bar power solution and includes ASPEED AST2600 BMC for remote management.
