Gigabyte TO25-ZU5 Compute Node

Up to 2x Gigabyte TO25-ZU5-AA01 ORV3 Compute Nodes can be installed in the TO25-BT1-AA01 node tray. Each node offers a single AMD EPYC 9005 or 9004-series processors with a configurable thermal design power threshold of up to 500W with a 25-degree Celsius ambient temperature.

Additional Information

Offering an Open RackV3 specification, the Gigabyte TO25-ZU5-AA01 ORV3 Compute Node is designed for an OCP rack with integrated power from a 48V to 54V DC bus bar running along the rear of the rack. The node also has 8x hot-swap Gen5 NVMe/SATA/SAS-4 bays, plus 2x E1.S Gen5 NVMe hot-swap bays. If SAS drives are installed a storage controller is required. With 12-channel memory architecture, each node has 12x DDR5 registered DIMM slots.

Basic networking is provided by 2x 10Gb/s LAN ports. For expansion there are 2x low profile PCIe Gen5 x16 slots. ORV3 compliant solutions provide better thermal optimization along with lower power consumption and better power efficiency. Other benefits include easier maintenance from the cold aisle, and less downtime from component failure.
