The TO86-SX1-AA04 features dual Intel Xeon 6700 or 6500-Series processors with a TDP up to 350W and 8x AMD Instinct MI355X OAM GPUs. The server employs a top-loading design for the GPUs, while the remaining system components are located on the motherboard, which is accessed by pulling out the bottom tray. It is equipped with 32x DDR5 RDIMM/MRDIMM slots with each processor offering 8x channel memory architecture and supporting 16 memory module slots. At full capacity it can support up to 4TB of memory. Memory speeds reach up to 6400 MT/s (RDIMM 1DPC), 5200 MT/s (RDIMM 2DPC), and up to 8000 MT/s with MRDIMM at 1DPC on select processors with P-cores. The server includes 8x front hot-swap 2.5" Gen5 NVMe bays and 1x internal M.2 PCIe Gen5 x4 slot. It is optimized for air-cooled, high-density GPU deployments in ORv3 environments and supports advanced networking options. This system also utilizes advanced PCIe switching along with multiple riser cards for the following configurations:

The platform is equipped with an ASPEED AST2600 baseboard management controller and the intuitive Gigabyte Management Console for robust out-of-band remote administration.
