With just a single CPU, such as the Intel Xeon 6 SoC 6716P-B processor, the HPE ProLiant DL110 Gen12 supports up to 40 cores and a TDP of up to 235W. Memory consists of 4x DIMM slots across 4x channels with 1x DIMM per channel. Maximum capacity reaches 512GB using 4x 128 GB RDIMMs with memory speeds of up to 6400MT/s. Storage is limited to 2x M.2 NVMe SSDs mounted on the motherboard for a maximum of 3.84TB with Intel VROC hybrid hardware/software RAID support. Networking includes 8x onboard 25GbE ports with overall support for up to 20x 10/25 GbE ports through additional adapters.

Expansion slots provide 2x PCIe Gen5 x16 full-height half-length slots or 2x OCP 3.0 options also with a PCIe 5.0 x16 bus width. Compatible accelerators include the NVIDIA L4 and support for up to 2x half-height half-length GPUs or 100W in-line accelerators. Optional M.2 GNSS receiver and DPLL timing modules enable precision time synchronization with up to 4-hour holdover. Cooling uses 8x individually serviceable hot-plug fans. Power options include 1300W Titanium AC or 1000W -48 VDC supplies. Management is based on HPE iLO 7 with Intelligent Provisioning as standard, with optional iLO Advanced, HPE OneView, and HPE Compute Ops Management. Silicon Root of Trust and O-RAN security features are included.
