The HPE DL380a Gen12 provides advanced data transfer rates and higher network speeds from the PCIe Gen5 serial expansion bus, with up to 6x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots and 2x OCP 3.0 slots that can be accessed through the rear of the system. NVIDIA GPUs such as the RTX Pro 6000 and H200 NVL are compatible with the system. Storage options on the front of the chassis include either 8x SFF NVMe or 16x EDSFF SSDs, plus 2x NVMe boot drive cages. Designed for enterprise-grade reliability, the server features advanced power management with up to 6x dedicated and redundant power supplies. Depending on the configuration, the DL380a Gen12 supports HPE M-CRPS Titanium Hot Plug Power Supply Kits in 1500W, 2400W, and 3200W options.
To manage the machine, either iLO 6 or iLO 7 can be deployed, depending on the system configuration. These tools allow monitoring and updates both locally and remotely. For broader infrastructure oversight, HPE OneView delivers a unified dashboard with advanced features to simplify IT operations across the data center. The system includes Standard iLO and Standard OneView, which are available for download. Advanced versions of iLO and OneView are also offered but require a license.
