Powered by a single Intel Xeon E-2400 processor, the HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen11 supports up to an 8 core Intel Xeon E processor with a maximum TDP of 95W, providing high-performance for a number of business-critical applications. With up to 128 GB of DDR5 ECC UDIMM memory running at speeds of up to 4400 MT/s, the ML30 Gen11 is ideal for local or remote branch offices for small to med-sized businesses. Note that the system does not support non-ECC memory.
For storage, the HPE ML30 Gen11 supports a range of configurations, including up to 4x non-hot plug 3.5” SATA HDDs and 4x 3.5” SAS/SATA HDD/SSD, or 8x 2.5” SAS/SATA HDD/SSD. The server is also equipped with an onboard M.2 slot with NVMe SSD support to deliver outstanding speed for a boot drive. It offers up to 80 TB of storage capacity, accommodating growing data needs and providing ample room for expansion. The system also offers embedded virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) SATA software which is standard equipment. For more RAID options, they system can be outfitted with a Smart Array essentials controller to provide 12Gb/s transfer rates.
The ML30 Gen11 includes 4x PCIe Gen4 x8 slots for flexible expansion options, one of which supports PCIe Gen5 x16 for enhanced bandwidth. In addition, there are 4x embedded 1GbE NICs on the back of the device, near the PSUs that are capable of powering the chassis with up to 1000W. Integrated lights Out 6 (iLO 6) provide Administrators with essential management features for automation and secure recovery. This system combines performance, security, and expansion capabilities with flexibility and affordability, making it a great option for growing businesses and remote or branch office environments.
