Lenovo ThinkSystem SR645 V3 Server

Supporting dual 4th generation AMD EPYC processors, the 1U Lenovo ThinkSystem SR645 V3 server is suitable for small businesses to large enterprises, and cloud service providers. AMD processors with a maximum TDP of 360W are supported, including those with up to 96 Zen 4 cores, each. The dense, high-performance server features 24x DDR5 memory module slots offering up to 6TB of memory when all slots are populated with 256GB 3DS RDIMMs offering speeds of up to 4800MHz. For significant processing power in a 1U chassis, the system supports up to 3x single-width GPUs with a maximum power of 75W each.

Lenovo ThinkSystem SR645 V3 Server - System Overview

The ThinkSystem SR645 V3 server offers a wide range of drive and slot configurations plus high-performance features essential to certain business sectors including, banking, healthcare, and telco. There are up to 3x PCIe slots, with 2x PCIe 5.0 and a single PCIe 4.0 slot, all with rear-access. A dedicated slot for an OCP 3.0 adapter is present but slot availability depends on the riser and rear drive bay selections. Up to 4x 3.5” hybrid drives, 12x 2.5” hybrid drives, or 16x EDSFF drives can be configured on this system but should be ordered at time of purchase. It provides onboard NVMe PCIe ports that enable direct connections to 12x NVMe SSDs, freeing up PCIe slots and reducing the price of purchasing NVMe support devices. The system also features an internal M.2 module supporting 2x M.2 drives for more storage or to boot the operating system. XClarity, Lenovo’s simple interface software makes management straightforward, allowing administrators to monitor hardware and make specific changes when needed.
