The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 Server is a 2U rackmountable system which houses up to 2x 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors. Each CPU socket supports 16x DDR5 DIMM slots for a total of 32x slots across the system board. The maximum memory capacity is 8TB when 256GB 3DS RDIMM modules are installed in all slots. This system can hold up to 20x 3.5-inch drive bays or 40x 2.5-inch using front, middle, and rear drive bays. The Lenovo SR650 V3 Server offers expanded capabilities via 12x PCIe 4.0/5.0 slots on the rear of the system.

Featuring 2x 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors, the Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 is a 2U rackmountable system ideal for small businesses or large enterprise applications. With a single DIMM per memory channel memory will operate at a top speed of up to 4800MT/s or 4400MT/s with 2x DIMMS per memory channel. Up to 8x single-width or 3x double wide GPUs can be installed to augment processing power. Offering improvement to I/O performance latency and throughput, it will support up to 20 NVMe drives without oversubscription of PCIe lanes offering a 1:1 connectivity. M.2 Adapters are supported to boot the system with RAID provided by virtual RAID on CPU (VROC). This system features Lenovo’s XClarity system manager for enhanced management features and ThinkShield security. It is powered by dual 750W, 1100W, 1800W, 2400W, or 2600W power supplies in a redundant configuration.
