The NVIDIA GH200 features a Grace CPU merged with an H100 GPU connected via NVIDIA’s NVLink Chip-to-Chip(C2C) high-bandwidth, low-latency interconnect between CPU and GPU at 900GB/s.

The Supermicro ARS-111GL-DNHR-LCC GPU Server is a 1U 2-node GPU system with optional Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling cold plate. With standard air cooling, there are up to 7x heavy -duty 4cm fans with tachometric monitoring for speed. Of the 4x E1.S NVMe drive bays, 2x E1.S NVMe drive bays direct to the CP, per node. Per node there are 576GB of coherent memory supporting NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPU, which acts as a smart NIC or a ConnectX-7 NIC which is a high-performance NIC. That memory includes 480GB of LPDDR5X memory and 96GB of HBM3 memory from the integrated GPU for LLM applications. There are 2x NVMe slots on the system board for support of NVMe M.2 drives. The system is powered by dual 2700W Redundant power supply units.

*This system is only sold as completely assembled with a minimum of 1x CPU, 1x storage device HDD/HDS, M.2, and 1x NIC per node.
