At 2U, the Supermicro 2127H7-N includes dual AMD EPYC 9006 SP7 series processors with up to 512 cores and 1024 threads with both processors installed. Each CPU supports a maximum TDP of up to 600W when air cooled. In addition, this platform provides up to 8TB of memory when all 32x DIMM slots are outfitted with DDR5 RDIMMs or 3DS RDIMMs with memory speeds of up to 8000MT/s. This system also features MRDIMMs for up to 8TB capacity and memory speeds of up to 12800MT/s. For storage, the front panel can hold up to 24x hot-swap drive bays. Towards the back of the system are 2x PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe slots for 2280 or 22110 M.2 drives. The following drive bay configurations are available:

The 2127H7-N server includes the built-in Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI 2.0) and Redfish support through its ASPEED AST2700 BMC microprocessor, along with a dedicated BMC LAN port for independent remote access. It delivers full KVM-over-LAN and virtual media redirection so administrators can monitor system health, control power, view the console, and mount virtual drives from anywhere. The system also works with Supermicro’s management suite, including SuperCloud Composer (SCC), Supermicro Server Manager (SSM), SuperServer Automation Assistant (SAA), Supermicro Update Manager (SUM). For expansion, the 2127H7-N server includes 3x PCIe options with a maximum of 5x PCIe 6.0 slots.
