Supermicro BigTwin SuperServer 221BT-HNTR

Featuring dual 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors in each of 4x hot-pluggable server nodes, the Supermicro BigTwin SuperServer 221BT-HNTR has 24x NVMe/SATA bays. 6x of those drives are assigned to each node. There are a total of 16x DDR5 DIMM slots per node with a maximum memory capacity of up to 4TB. Each node of the Supermicro 221BT-HNTR server features 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 low-profile expansion slots. 2x NVMe M.2 drives are supported per node with an option for an M.2 Boot Controller.

Summary

There are dual 3000W Titanium Level Power Supplies in a redundant configuration powering the Supermicro BigTwin 221BT-HNTR server. It is designed for All-Flash NVMe Hyperconverged Infrastructure, High-Performance File System applications, Diskless HPC Clusters, and Container-as-a-Service Application Accelerator among other applications.

NOTE: This system is only sold with a minimal configuration of 2 CPUs, 2x DIMMs, 1 HDD/SSD, and 1x NIC per node.
