Outfitted with 4th or 5th generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, the 2U Supermicro CloudDC SuperServer 121C-TN2R delivers up to 4TB of DDR5 ECC memory. There are 8x SAS, SATA storage bays up front with an option for installing 2x NVMe drive types. As an option, you can install 2x M.2 drives on the system board. Expansion options include 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 full-height, half-length slots, and 2x AIOM (Advanced I/O Module) OCP 3.0 mezzanine card slots. A single mLAN port is available for remote management of the system.
The Supermicro 121C-TN2R is optimized for cloud computing, use as a web server, data center optimization, a DNS or Gateway server, among other business critical applications. It’s powered by dual redundant 860W Platinum or 1200W Titanium rated power supply units (PSU). *This system is only sold as a completely assembled unit with a minimum 2x CPUs, 4x DIMMs, 2x HDDs, SSDs or M.2 drives, plus 1x NIC either a PCIe NIC or AIOM OCP 3.0 card.
