The 4U Supermicro GPU A+ Server 4145GH-TNMR house 4x AMD Instinct MI300A Accelerated Processing Units (APU), which combine CPU and GPU accelerators into the same silicone die. Each APU supports up to 128GB of HBM3 memory for a total of 512GB on the server. HBM3 memory offers a significant increase in speed over traditional RAM. There are 24x 2.5-inch hot-swap NVMe/SAS3/SATA3 drive bays accessible from the front of the system. 6x PCIe 5.0 x16 full-height, half-length slots and 2x PCIe x16 AIOM slots provide additional expansion options.

Designed for AI applications, cloud solution provider tasks, research labs, large language models, and high-performance computing, the Supermicro 4145GH-TNMR GPU server houses up to 4x AMD Instinct MI300A Accelerated Processing Units (APU). Fully configured, the maximum memory capacity on this server is 512GB. The system is configured for support of up to 8x hot-swap NVMe drive types with optional support for up to 24x 2.5-inch SAS3 or SATA3 drive formats with the addition of a storage add-on-card. NVMe hybrid is also supported.
A single RJ45 dedicated IPMI LAN port is available on the rear of the server for remote management of the system. As there are no integrated network LAN ports, 6x PCIe x16 full-height, half-length slots and 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 AIOM slots provide options to connect the system to the rest of your IT infrastructure. Alternatively, if slots 1-8 are configured as PCIe x8 slots, this will enable slots 9-16 providing additional full-height, half-length slots. Powering this system are 4x 1600W Titanium Level power supplies in a redundant configuration. Cooling this system are 10x heavy duty fans with optimal fan speed control.
