With 32x 256GB DRAM, or 16x 512GB PMem (Intel Persistent memory 200 series), the server supports up to 8TB of memory with speeds of up to 3200MHz. It includes NVIDIA's NVLink with NVSwitch for support of up to 4x HGX A100 SXM4 GPUs, plus a PCIe 4.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU Interconnect.

The flexible Supermicro 220GQ-TNAR+ offers several storage configurations. Storage options include 4x 2.5-inch hot-swap NVMe/SATA/SAS drive bays, 2x M.2 NVMe slots, or 2x M.2 SATA3 slots. Up to 4x PCIe 4.0 x16 low-profile slots can be accessed through the rear of the chassis, as well as dual redundant 3000W Titanium level power supplies. To manage the server, there is a dedicated IPMI LAN port for at-chassis management. The system can also be managed with IPMI 2.0, SuperDoctor 5, Redfish API, and Supermicro Update Manager, among others.
