The Supermicro MainStream A+ Server 2024S-TR is a 2U rack-mountable server designed for virtualization, data center applications, model analysis, enterprise server tasks deployment, and other compute intensive applications. This server supports 2x 2nd or 3rd Generation AMD EPYC Series processors and a total of 16x DIMM slots on the system board. On the front of the system, there are 12x 3.5-inch hot-swap NVMe/SATA drive bays.

Additional Features
At full memory capacity the Supermicro 2024S-TR server will support up to 4TB of DDR4 registered (RDIMM) or load-reduced memory modules (LRDIMM). The rear of the server houses dual Gigabit LAN ports. There are 3x PCIe 4.0 x8 low-profile slots and 3x PCIe 4.0 x16 low-profile slots available on the rear of the server. Support for up to 12 NVMe drives is with an optional NVMe kit, as the default storage configuration includes 8x SATA and 4x NVMe drives. System management is achieved via a single Baseboard Management Controller LAN port. A single M.2 NVMe slot is available on the system board ideal for OS installation or fast access storage needs. The system is powered by dual redundant 920W power supply units.
