The 2U Supermicro Storage A+ Server 2015S-E1CR24H features a unique design with 2x 12-bay storage cages in front for a total of 24x 3.5" hot-swap SATA3/SAS3 drive bays. The server supports a single AMD EPYC 9004 series CPU, including the 4th generation AMD EPYC with 3D V-Cache technology. It supports a TDP up to 200W-290W. The system comes with 4x heavy duty 8cm fans and is equipped with dual redundant 1600W Titanium level (96%) power supplies. This platform is ideal for iSCSI SAN, high performance computing, database processing and storage.
Supermicro Storage A+ Server 2015S-E1CR24H - System Overview
When all 12x memory module slots are loaded with 256GB RDIMMs or LRDIMMs, the Supermicro 2015S-E1CR24H offers up to 3TB of RAM with speeds of up to 4800 MHz. There are 12x 3.5" hot-swap SATA3/SAS3 drive bays on the front of the chassis, plus an additional 12x drive bays located right behind those, for a total of 24x LFF drive bays. The dense and flexible system also houses 2x 2.5" hot-swappable SATA3 drives on the rear, and 2x SATA3 or NVMe M.2 slots under the hood for 2280 and 22110 cards. As an option, the system can also be outfitted with 4x rear NVMe drive bays. To administer the system both locally and remotely, the system is compatible with Redfish API and IPMI 2.0, plus Supermicro Update Manager (SUM), SuperDoctor 5, Super Diagnostics Offline.
