The 2U front-loading Supermicro Storage SuperServer 222B-NE3X24R is an all-flash system with multiple storage configurations. It is powered by dual Intel Xeon 6 6700 series processors with E-cores, capable of supporting up to 144 cores and 144 threads. CPUs are limited to a maximum TDP of up to 350W. Up to 2x double-width GPUs with a PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU interconnect can be loaded onto the system. This system was built for software-defined storage, in-memory computing, data intensive HPC, NVMe over fabrics solution, and more.

When all 32x memory module slots are filled with 256GB RDIMMs or LRDIMMs, the Storage SuperServer 222B-NE3X24R offers up to 8TB of DDR5 memory running at up to 6400 MT/s. Management programs include SuperCloud Composer, Supermicro Think-Agent Service (TAS), Supermicro Server Manager (SSM), Super Diagnostics Offline (SDO), and SuperServer Automation Assistant (SAA) to help allocate and manage resources.

It is powered by 2x 2000W redundant (1+1) Titanium Level (96%) power supplies and can accommodate several PCIe configurations.
