The Supermicro SuperBlade 6119R-C3N Server is a single-socket server node that supports Intel Xeon Processor W Family CPUs. This single socket server supports 8x DIMM slots, and when populated with 64GB LRDIMM modules provide up to 512GB of memory. There are 3x hybrid 2.5-inch drive bays on the front of the system.
A single Intel Xeon Processor W Family processor provides the compute for the Supermicro SuperBlade 6119R-C3N server. With only 8x DIMM slots, it can hold up to 512GB of LRDIMM memory when 64GB memory modules are installed in all slots. Compatible with the Supermicro SuperBlade Enclosure 610J Family, the front of the system houses 3x hot-pluggable 2.5-inch hybrid drive bays. With 7x enclosures, and 10x of these server nodes installed into each, there are up to 70 CPUs in a 42U rack enclosure.

A single Intel Xeon Processor W Family provides the computational power for the 6119R-C3N. It also features 6x memory channels.
The front of the Supermicro 6119R-C3N node holds 3x 2.5-inch hybrid drive bays. Two of those drive bays support hot-pluggable NVMe drives while the other one supports a hot-pluggable SAS3 or SATA3 drive. It is also possible to configure the system to have all three drive bays outfitted with SAS3/SATA3 drives. The server is integrated with the Broadcom 3108 controller which supports HW RAID of 0, 1, 5 levels and data transfer rates of 12Gb/s and 6Gb/s.
8x DIMM slots, with 4x slots to either side of the CPU, are supported on the Supermicro 6119R-C3N Server Node through the single CPU socket. Both Load Reduced (LRDIMM) and Registered (RDIMM) memory modules are compatible with this system. When 64GB LRDIMMs are installed, the maximum memory capacity on this system is 512GB while RDIMMs have a maximum capacity of up to 256GB when using 32GB modules. The memory speeds available include 2666MHz and 2400MHz ECC DDR4 modules.
Dual 10GbE ethernet ports on the system board automatically connect the server blade to the 610J family of enclosures. If additional I/O capabilities are needed, the 6U enclosures for the 6119R-C3N can support up to 4x Ethernet modules with various ports and switch options to choose from including 25GbE, 10GbE, and 1GbE switches.
The bulk of the management options are provided by the enclosure, which this system is housed in and features dual Chassis Management Modules (CMM) in back. The CMMs access the Aspeed AST2500 baseboard management controller (BMC) in each of the server nodes for remote management of the system, troubleshooting, inventory and to configure alerts.
Offering only a single processor, the Supermicro SuperBlade 6119R-C3N server houses 8x DIMM slots and up to 512GB of DDR4 memory. Providing compute is the Intel Xeon Processor W Family. 3x hybrid 2.5-inch drive bays on the front of the system can be configured with all three SAS3/SATA3 drives or with 2 NVMe drives while the remaining bay holds a SAS3/SATA3 drive.
