With up to 32x memory module slots supporting up to 8TB of DDR5 memory, the Supermicro SuperBlade 622B-1NE34 features 2x Intel Xeon 6 processors from the 6700 series with E-Cores. These CPUs support a maximum TDP of up to 205W when air cooled, and up to 330W when liquid cooled. The system is able to deliver 2x HHHL single-width PCIe GPU cards with a PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU interconnect using 2x PCIe 5.0 x16 slots. NVIDIA NVLink Bridge is optional.

At full capacity, the system can provide up to 8TB of DDR5 3DS Registered DIMMs (RDIMM). With 8-channel memory architecture and 32x memory module slots, memory speed is contingent on configuration of memory and the installed CPU. With 1 DIMM Per Channel (1DPC) memory speeds of up to 6400MT/s are supported. With 2DPC, memory speed is reduced. Furthermore, Certain supported CPUs are limited to 5600MT/s.

Designed for enterprise applications, high performance computing, and virtualization, the Supermicro 622B-1NE34 has 4x hot-swap E3.S NVMe drive bays on the front panel. Additionally, the system board offers 2x M.2 NVMe SSD slots, suitable for 2280 form factor cards, via an adapter. Dual 25GbE LAN on Motherboard ports provide a high-speed network connection, plus there is a mezzanine card option for 2x more 25GbE ports. It is possible to deploy up to 10x SuperBlade 622B-1NE34 nodes across multiple enclosures.
