Designed for demanding AI infrastructure, the MiTAC G4520G6 G4520G6E3BC-N is a dual-socket 4U GPU server with support for Intel Xeon 6 processors reaching a maximum TDP of up to 350W per socket. The system features 32x DDR5 DIMM slots for up to 8TB of standard RDIMMs and 3DS RDIMMs at speeds of up to 6400MT/s. For memory-intensive AI workloads, the platform also supports Multiplexed Rank DIMMs (MRDIMM) with speeds of up to 8000MT/s. MRDIMMs can only be installed 1x DIMM per Channel (1DPC), limiting the total number to 16x memory modules. The front panel on the G4520G6E3BC-N holds 12x hot-swappable E3.S NVMe SSD bays with a PCIe Gen5 x4 interface, per drive. Internal storage includes 3x NVMe M.2 2280/22110 slots with PCIe Gen4 x2 connectivity.

For expansion, the system features 11x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots. This includes support for up to 8x full-height, double-width GPU accelerators connected via a Broadcom PCIe Switch.  Supported GPUs include the NVIDIA L40S. 6x more PCIe 5.0 expansion slots include 3x FHFL slots plus 3x OCP 3.0 compatible (SFF) mezzanine slots for additional expansion. System management is handled by an integrated ASPEED AST2600 baseboard management controller with IPMI 2.0 and iKVM functionality, providing administrators with remote monitoring and management capabilities. Power is supplied by a 3+1 redundant CRPS configuration delivering up to 9600W with 80 PLUS Titanium efficiency.
