Designed for advanced AI training, inference, and high-performance computing, this system delivers the scalability and the throughput and low latency required for demanding workloads. The system is divided into 4x distinct sections with a server board and switchboard node, GPU node, a rear module with the fans and PSUs, and the chassis shell. The GPU Node supports up to 8x AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs, which use an OAM form factor. At full memory capacity, up to up to 6TB of DDR5 memory is supported when all 24x memory module slots are filled with 256GB RDIMMs. In addition to the front-panel storage options, the G8825Z5 G8825Z5U2BC-325X-575 server includes 2x NVMe M.2 slots on the motherboard for both 2280 and 22110 form factors cards.

The rear of the system is equipped with 15x high efficiency 8cm cooling fans positioned above redundant power supplies offering 4+2 or 5+1 redundancy based on power configurations. Power is delivered by 80 PLUS Titanium–certified 2850W, 3150W, or 3300W power supplies. For remote administration, the MiTAC G8825Z5U2BC-325X-575 GPU Server includes a dedicated IPMI 2.0–compliant baseboard management controller (BMC).
