The 8U MiTAC Olympus G8825Z5 G8825Z5U2BC-350X-575 GPU server supports dual AMD EPYC processors with a TDP of up to 500W. Recommended for this platform are 9575F CPUs delivering 64 cores and 128 threads. When all 24x DIMMs are fully populated with 256GB RDIMMs, the system supports up to 6TB of DDR5 memory to handle data-intensive applications and large AI models. For accelerated workloads, the chassis accommodates up to 8x AMD Instinct MI350X GPUs with an OAM form factor.
Offering a number of performance features, this platform is well suited for advanced AI training and inference, plus high-performance computing environments. Expansion flexibility is provided through 12x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots, including 8x half-height and 4x full-height slots for scalable networking and RDMA applications. On the front panel, the server offers 8x hot-swap 2.5-inch NVMe U.2 drive bays for high-speed low latency storage. Additional storage options include 2x onboard NVMe M.2 slots supporting both 2280 and 22110 form factors, ideal for OS boot drives or more storage.
Along the rear of the machine, there are 15x 8cm high-efficiency fans above the PSUs, which offer redundant power configurations of 4+2 or 5+1. Options for 80 PLUS Titanium–rated PSUs include, 2850W, 3150W, or 3300W. Administrators can remotely manage the G8825Z5 G8825Z5U2BC-350X-575 GPU Server through a dedicated IPMI 2.0 compliant baseboard management controller (BMC).
