The Tyan FT65TB8050 B8050F65TV8E2H-N Server Tower is engineered for high-performance computing and graphics intensive applications. These workloads support up to 2x single-wide or double-wide GPUs powered by a single AMD EPYC 9004 or 9005 series processor with a maximum TDP up to 320W. The single CPU socket supports 8x DDR5 DIMM slots compatible with RDIMMs and 3DS RDIMMs, delivering a maximum memory capacity of up to 2TB when fully configured.

Depending on the choice of processor, memory can run at speeds of up to 6400MT/s. Storage options on the front of the Tyan FT65TB8050 B8050F65TV8E2H-N pedestal deskside server include 2x 2.5" hot-swap NVMe SSD drive bays, plus 8x 3.5" hot-swap HDD/SSDs right below. To boot the operating system, the server’s motherboard offers 2x M.2 PCIe Gen4 slots for 22110 or 2280 form factor cards. Expansion is handled through 5x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots, allowing installation of up to 2x double-wide GPUs or 2x single-wide GPUs.

For network connectivity, the system features dual GbE ports along with a dedicated GbE IPMI management port. Tyan’s management tools, through the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) 2.0, offer both remote and at-chassis controls via the Aspeed AST2600 chipset. The tower is powered by a 1200W (100-115Vac input), 1500W (115-200Vac input), or 2000W (200-240Vac) with either 80 plus Gold (200-240Vac) or 80 plus Platinum (100-200Vac) efficiency.
