The Tyan GC68AB8056 B8056G68AE12HR-2T-TU-HE is a 1U cloud server built for high-performance and versatile data center applications. It holds 12x 2.5-inch hot-swap NVMe drive bays on the front of the chassis. 4x of these bays can accommodate 2.5-inch hot-swap SATA at 6Gb/s or SAS at 12Gb/s. To deliver efficient and continuous uptime, power on this system is handled by dual hot-swappable 850W 80 Plus Platinum-certified power supplies.

Tyan GC68AB8056 B8056G68AE12HR-2T-TU-HE server front view Powered by 1x AMD EPYC 9004 or 9005 series processor with a configurable thermal design power (TDP) rating of up to 360W, the Tyan B8056G68AE12HR-2T-TU-HE server supports 24x DIMM slots across 12x memory channels per CPU, allowing a maximum capacity of 6TB. Memory speed varies depending on the specific AMD EPYC series processors installed. To boot the operating system, this machine offers 2x M.2 PCIe Gen 4 slots on the motherboard, compatible with 22110 or 2280 form factor cards. PCIe expansion is available via 2x riser cards for 1x FH/HL PCIe Gen 5 x16 slot (left) and 1x FH/HL PCIe Gen 5 x16 slot (right), plus a dedicated PCIe Gen 5 x16 OCP 3.0 compatible mezzanine slot to support additional connectivity or networking modules.
