Outfitted with dual 4th generation Intel Xeon Scalable CPUs, the 1U Tyan Thunder CX GC68AB7136 B7136G68AV4E8HR-2T Server can provide up to 2TB of memory. 12x 2.5-inch front accessible drive bays support 4x hot-swap SATA and 8x NVMe U.2 bays. SATA is the default connection with SAS drives optional requiring a discrete SAS HBA RAID storage controller. 2x NVME M.2 drives can be installed on the system board for support of the OS.
