With support for up to 4TB of memory, the Tyan Thunder CX GC79AB7132 B7132G79AE12HR Server delivers some powerful performance for mainstream cloud applications. The system supports dual 4th generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with 12x NVMe hot-swap NVMe U.2 storage bays up front. In addition to integrated dual GbE ports, 2x full-height, half-length PCIe 5.0 x16 slots provide opportunities for system expansion. Two optional NVMe M.2 drives can be installed on the system board to support the OS.

Target applications include web and mobile, big data and analytics, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), to name a few. The system is powered by either dual redundant 1000W or 1200W 80 Plus Platinum power supply units.
