The platform support a maximum thermal design point of up to 350W. Similarly, the Intel processors offer 8-channel memory architecture and 32x DDR5 DIMM slots for up to 4TB of RAM. The server supports Registered (RDIMM) and 3DS Registered (3DS RDIMM) memory modules with speeds of up to 4800MHz.
Featuring 8x 3.5" SATA, SAS, or NVMe U.2 hot-swap drive bays up front, the system also supports an additional 2x NVMe M.2 slots with a PCIe Gen4 interface. 22110 or 2280 size M.2 drives can be inserted on the system board to support the operating system.
