Two riser cards provide expansion opportunities and include, one with 2x full-height, half-length PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, and another with 1x full-height, half-length PCIe 5.0 x8 slot. Additionally, the Transport SX TS70AB8056 B8056T70AE26HR-HE supports 1x PCIe Gen5 x16 OCP 3.0 mezzanine slot for optional NIC. It also accommodates 2x M.2 PCIe Gen4 cards in a single latch for 22110 or 2280 form factor cards.
The Tyan Transport SX B8056T70AE26HR-HE is powered by dual redundant 1600W 80 plus Titanium power supplies. The onboard Aspeed AST2600 IPMI uses an IPMI 2.0 baseboard management controller via a dedicated GbE connection port on the chassis' rear to administer the system. This allows for monitoring of hardware metrics, including CPU temperatures, status, power usage, inventory, and fan speeds, through both local and remote administration options.
