The 2U Tyan TS70B8056 B8056T70V8E6HR-2T-HE-TU storage appliance offers 12x drive bays on the front panel, and 2x additional storage bays on the rear. The front bays accommodate 8x 3.5” SATA 6G hot-swap drives plus up to 4x NVMe U.2 drives. The rear supports 2x 2.5” NVMe U.2 drive bays. For additional high-speed storage, there are 2x NVMe M.2 slots on the motherboard for 22110 or 2280 slots. This machine is powered by dual redundant 1300W power supplies with 80 Plus Titanium level efficiency.
There are 24x DDR5 memory module slots supported by 12-channel memory architecture, per CPU, for 2 DIMMs per Channel.
