This system offers 2x 2.5” hot-swap U.2 NVMe HDD/SSD drive bays on the front panel along with 6x 3.5" SATA/SAS SSD/HDD drive bays and 2x dummy trays underneath. The system also supports 1x M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 card with a 2280 size. A total of 8x memory module slots on the motherboard are compatible with DDR5-4800MHz.

Memory capacities include up to 1TB of RDIMM, 2TB of LRDIMM, or up to 2TB using 3DS RDIMM/LRDIMMs to deliver exceptional performance. The 4U pedestal workstation server supports a maximum of 4x double wide, full-height, full-length GPUs loaded into PCIe Gen5 slots allocated for expansion cards. A total of 5x PCIe Gen5 slots can be found on the system. One of the expansion slots has a x8 interface and the remaining 4x slots feature a x16 interface. It also supports 1x GbE port and 1x GbE dedicated for an IPMI port on the rear. SAS drives are supported but will require a SAS controller card. This platform can support either a Windows Server 2012 or Windows 11, depending onyour needs. To power the Thunder HX FT65TB5652 B5652F65TV6E2H-G Workstation, either an 80 plus Platinum 1500W or 80 plus Gold 2000W PSU can be installed.
