Terms & Conditions

All equipment and parts sold are refurbished and covered by the IT Creations Inc. Warranty unless otherwise stated.

All items are shipped with FedEx or UPS; default shipping is with ground service. Other shipping methods are available upon request. NO COD orders are accepted. DOA insurance is purchased separately from S&H fee and is subject to additional fees by the carrier.

All orders must be paid for within three (3) business days from order placement. California buyers must pay sales tax as determined by their local government unless a valid CA resale certificate is provided.

International clients MUST contact IT Creations regarding acceptable payment methods.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Billing and shipping addresses are to be confirmed with the credit card company. A credit card authorization form must be completed and signed by the cardholder. Additional support documentation may be required.

We accept PayPal from US buyers and the shipping address must be CONFIRMED. We will not ship to an alternate address, only the address on the PayPal payment.

Other accepted forms of payment are: Cashier's Checks and bank to bank Wire Transfer. Company and Personal checks are also accepted however the order will be shipped only after the check is cleared by our bank, typically 5 business days.

For changes and/or cancellation to your order, please contact us before 4 P.M. PST on the day of your order. We cannot make changes to shipped orders. Cancellations made on such orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover S&H costs.

For international shipments the recipient is responsible for any duties or customs fees to import the product into their country. Should the product be rejected by customs or if it undeliverable for any reason the buyer will be responsible for any and all duties, customs or shipping fees incurred by IT Creations.

For returns and exchanges please complete the RMA form on our website and a confirmation email will be sent with an authorization RMA number. You have 10 days from the receipt of the product to file the request. The issued RMA number is good for 15 days for a refund or product replacement. In no case are goods to be returned without obtaining an RMA number first. In such a case IT Creations is not liable for any costs associated with the order, including but not limited to the purchase price, original S&H fees and DOA insurance. All RMA claims will be rendered null and void if the merchandize returned to IT Creations is inadequately packed to protect the merchandize from damage. RMA requests filed for non-DOA product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

By placing your order on-line you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site. IT Creations reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason including, but not limited to, the product availability or errors in product descriptions or posted prices.
