Warranty Coverage
IT Creations warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty term selected at purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Inspect Your Product
Customers have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the product and report any physical damage or defects.

If a Covered Product Is Defective
If a covered product is found defective during the warranty period, IT Creations will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Issue replacement parts for repair, or
- Replace it with a product of comparable or superior quality.

Return Shipping
IT Creations covers two-way return shipping for continental U.S. customers who purchased shipping with their original order; international customers are responsible for shipping costs.
RMA Required
A completed RMA form is required for all warranty returns.

What’s Covered
The IT Creations Extended Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship occurring during the manufacture or assembly of the system.
What’s Not Covered
- Software installed on the system, including the operating system
- Third-party software or software reinstallation
- Data loss from hardware failure or from repair efforts
- Damage from improper use, lack of preventive maintenance, or unsupported components
- Third-party components added after receipt from IT Creations
- Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
- Damage from impact or an act of God
- Normal wear and tear
- Products for which IT Creations has not received payment

Contact IT Creations by phone (+1-800-237-0402) or email (support@itcreations.com) as soon as you notice a defect.

Complete the RMA Form
Complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form at www.itcreations.com/rma-form.

Ship the Product
Ship the product to IT Creations at 21211 Nordhoff St., Chatsworth, CA 91311, with the RMA form and reference number included.

Inspection & Resolution
IT Creations inspects and tests the returned product. If no defect is found, IT Creations may recover shipping costs; if the issue isn’t covered under warranty, paid repair options may be offered instead.
Technical support and remote troubleshooting are available weekdays, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PDT.
Transferring Ownership
Warranty coverage can transfer to a new owner with IT Creations’ prior written approval. Resellers and consultants should notify IT Creations of an intended transfer at the time of initial purchase.
To request a transfer, contact your sales representative with:
- The product’s serial number
- The original purchaser’s name and address
- The new owner’s name and address
